
Dr. Teena is a CPAM certified counselling psychologist avialable to work with a wide variety of ages, from age 5 through adulthood. Thirty years as speech-language therapist (retired) has provided a wide range of experience in working with children and their families across dynamics and current need.
Support is based on a blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy through collaborative, client-based goal setting and direction. Life will offer challenges and obstacles which may result in anxiety, depression, grief, phase of life, relationship ruptures, critical illness and trauma.
Dr. Teena strives to create the safe space to lighten what feels heavy while exploring tools to manage and alleviate distress.

Trisha is a speech therapist with 11 years experience working with children with a wide range of needs. She has worked with children ranging in age from young preschool to school age, both individually and in groups. She has a special interest in providing whole family support and has developed a style that allows her to support children on a holistic level to meet more of their needs. As a Caymanian, she posses excellent knowledge of the services available and has fostered a strong working relationship with a variety of professionals in the healthcare field. Trisha maintains certification with both the Council for Professionals Allied with Medicine (CPAM) and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) in the United States. Trisha is grateful and proud to give back to her Cayman Community through her services and we could not be more proud of her as a young Caymanian supporting the youth of the islands.

Kirstie is a speech therapist with 20 years of experience. She has worked with children and adults in various settings in both Cayman and Canada. Most recently, Kirstie spent 10 years working for the Department of Education in Cayman. Through her work with the school-aged population, she developed a keen interest in literacy and a passion for assisting children who have speech, language and reading impairments. Prior to moving to Cayman, Kirstie's expertise lay in providing therapy and support for adult clients experiencing communication and/or swallowing difficulties due to stroke, traumatic brain injuries, and/or progressive neurological diseases. Kirstie works in partnership with family, carers, and care providers to support a holistic approach to care and treatment. She is registered with the Council for Professionals Allied with Medicine (CPAM) and is a member of Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC). Kirstie has made Cayman home and is looking forward to expanding her services to include both children and adults.
